At Mould King Online, we are committed to delivering your building sets safely and efficiently. We primarily serve customers across the United Kingdom.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

To ensure your order is correct and securely packed, we follow a two-step timeline:

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. (Quality checks and packaging).
Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward shipping fees based on your order value:

Orders over £50: FREE Shipping.
Orders under £50: A flat rate of £3.99 will be charged.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly via our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Address

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Due to the nature of building blocks, we cannot accept returns if the internal plastic brick bags have been opened or tampered with.

2. Missing or Damaged Pieces

We know how frustrating a missing brick can be. Mould King sets are complex, and occasionally parts may be missed during factory packing.

Our Guarantee: If you find missing pieces, please circle them in your instruction manual and send a photo to [email protected].
We will send the replacement parts to you free of charge.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

My 14yr old son spent a whole day building it, he really enjoyed the build. Pretty cool car and it was considerably bigger than what I was expecting. Bought beginning of July and as of August still don't have any complaints. He drives it up rock piles and climbs dirt hills and it goes pretty fast. Well worth the money i spent on it. My son loves it!
Not sure of the time frame on battery life I haven't really paid attention, but since every wheel has its own motor you can disconnect two of the motors on wheels and make it 2wd so you can extend the life of battery while operating if needed.

This was a lot of fun to build. Once fully assembled, it's very solid. But as another reviewer noted, the motors are very underpowered. Drives about half the speed as shown in the video (yes, all 4 motors are turning the right direction). On hard floors it drives decently, but struggles with carpet. Rocky terrain, hills, jumps like what's show in the video: not a chance.

Build time was around 12 to maybe 15 hours. Did this right after the yellow jeep from lego, and I was surprised how identical the pieces were to lego. The instructions were 4/5 for the vast majority of the time. There were a handful of sections that were puzzling to decipher, so take you time and rotate you work to match the pictures. Quite large when fully built. Will buy more in the future. Be aware that while the pieces are lego quality, the company is not. Customer support was quick to respond when reaching out about the controller not functioning, but it was a little difficult navigating the site and forums because it's a foreign company. Still very worth it though! NO SPARE PARTS LOL.... stay organized and best to avoid working somewhere you can't find a fallen part!

This is one of my favorite builds out of many name brand and off brand kits. It looks really good, was fun to build with great instructions, and is actually pretty sturdy with good suspension on all four corners. As an R/C car though, it's not great. The motors are very underpowered and the battery dies after just a couple of minutes. That being said, I'd still absolutely buy it again. Just don't expect to send it off any sweet jumps.
