What are the shipping costs?

• Orders over £50: FREE Shipping.

• Orders under £50: A flat rate of £3.99.

Do you provide tracking information? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking portal.

3. Product & Quality

Are Mould King sets compatible with other brands? Yes! Mould King bricks are 100% compatible with all major building block brands. They are manufactured to the same high-quality standards and dimensions.

What should I do if my set is missing pieces? Don’t worry! While we strive for perfection, missing pieces can occasionally occur.

1. Identify the missing part in your instruction manual.

2. Take a photo of the page with the part circled.

3. Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will send the replacement parts to you completely free of charge.

Do the sets come with original boxes? To keep shipping costs low and offer you the best prices (and to be more eco-friendly), some larger sets may be shipped in reinforced, protective mailer boxes rather than the original oversized retail packaging. Rest assured, the bricks and manuals are safely sealed inside.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected].

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

• Due to the complexity of building sets, we cannot accept returns once the internal plastic bags containing the bricks have been opened.
