To ensure your order is correct and securely packed, we follow a two-step timeline:

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. (Quality checks and packaging).
Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward shipping fees based on your order value:

Orders over £50: FREE Shipping.
Orders under £50: A flat rate of £3.99 will be charged.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly via our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Due to the nature of building blocks, we cannot accept returns if the internal plastic brick bags have been opened or tampered with.

2. Missing or Damaged Pieces

We know how frustrating a missing brick can be. Mould King sets are complex, and occasionally parts may be missed during factory packing.

Our Guarantee: If you find missing pieces, please circle them in your instruction manual and send a photo to [email protected].
We will send the replacement parts to you free of charge.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
