1. Processing & Delivery Time

To ensure your order is correct and securely packed, we follow a two-step timeline:

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. (Quality checks and packaging).

  • Shipping Time: 7–10 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward shipping fees based on your order value:

  • Orders over £50: FREE Shipping.

  • Orders under £50: A flat rate of £3.99 will be charged.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly via our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • We will send the replacement parts to you free of charge.
